I can NOT wait to make this dish at home. I would have tried Sashimi, but its a bit gross if you're not used to dealing with raw fish. I think I'm going to use the usual vinegar rice, rice paper and (maybe shrimp) as for the vegetable maybe a carrot instead of cucumbers. I think I'll keep the avacadoe in there. However, I'll leave the soy sause out and bring in the Red chilli garlic sauce. I love... it! Yummy!!!!
I don't know when I'll make this dish, but it will be soon. Look for pics too! ;)
I love Sun Bird packaged cuisine. It may not be authentic, but its as close to an DIY Asian cuisine as I'll get. I've tried the seasme seed chicken, sweet & sour chicken/pork and fried rice.
This is called Thai Red Curry. It's not as hot as I thought for it to be, but its till delish!
I was suppose to use either use water or coconut milk. So I used the milk instead with 2 tablespoons of sugar mix well.
Chop up a red and green bellpeppers. As you can see I had to add a yellow one just because. Now chicken was suppose to be the main ingredent in this dish. Since I love changing things up, I used shrimp. ;)

Place the bellpeppers in a hot skillet with 2 tablespoons of veggie oil and 2 table spoons of soy sause. Satay with shimps (or chicken) until they get pink (or brown). Pour sause over meat and bellpeppers and turn the heat on low WHEN it starts to bubble. Stir it every now and then.
It may not look appetizing, but served with white rice? MMMM......
WOW! I have to say I am in love with them. I have never been so excited about fruit since I was hooked on oranges and that was two years ago. I bought some last week and I feel so good after eating them. I believe it's because of their good source of fiber. As my mother would say, "it cleans you out.."...yeah. LOL Which is true. They, just like other fruits are a great source of vitamins..B to be exact.

-dietary mineral manganese
-vitamin B6
-vitamin C
-vitamin K
-dietary fiber
-One serving provides a relatively low glycemic load score of 4 out of 100 per day.
-Especially in wild species, blueberries contain anthocyanins, other antioxidant pigments and various phytochemicals possibly having a role in reducing risks of some diseases including inflammation and certain cancers.
They're also great for your pets. Feeding blueberries to animals lowers brain damage in experimental stroke and all of this is just the tip of the ice berg. So next time you're thinking about starting a diet or just eating more healthly, make sure to include blueberries! :)
